Thankful for DRYERS and Sears repairmen

For the past 3 days I have been without a dryer and it has been killing me! My dear faithful friend quit blowing her hot air! I quickly called the appliance doctor, AKA ::sears repairman:: There seems to be quite an epidemic because the doctor can not make a house visit for 3 days!
"What?, 3 days?? Instant panic and fear and desperation run through my mind and body". I can't wait that long! WE are a family of 6. I do 3 loads of laundry a day! You will just have to move me up on the priority list". "Three days is the best we can do." grrrr,,, grumble grumble, grrrr.... fine whatever! I have been babying her and nurturing her, even gave her a good cleaning and to no avail she still puts out cold air!! There is no laundromat to be found with in 15 miles. They are all located in a sketchy area of town. I have needed a laundromat 3 times in the 9 1/2 years that we have lived in our home. I hate going to the laundromat because of the location. I have been washing clothes and hanging clothes up all around the inside and outside of the house. It bugs the snot out of me to have clothes not put away or to know I have dirty laundry lingering. I am a laundry washin' fool! The homeowners association does not allow clothes to be hung outside. WE can dry clothes outside but it is only between certain hours. The only clothes that have not been washed are sweats, towels and jeans. I washed 3 pairs of jeans and hung them to dry and literally they dried so stiff they could stand on their own! The towels took so long to dry, they reak of mildew and if you were to dry your face with one of them you would be cut so badly you just might require stitches! The heating element is out in my dryer. My dryer is 10 years old. WE bought right before we moved into our home and this is the second time that the element has had to be replaced. All of our major appliances are covered under the Sears Warranty plan. Today, my dream man number 2 entered through my front doors and I couldn't have been any happier. I have a dryer that heats even hotter and my clothes dry even faster. HOT MAMA that is what I like! I practically kissed my repairman, but the only thoughts running through my mind were the towels waiting to be washed upstairs. Wash the towels-DRY the towels! MMMMmmmmm... smell how fresh, Ahhhh...feel how soft, Oohhh...look how fluffy! Oh, I just have to taste it! ::why not, all the other senses of my body have been awaken. He did a full service repair on it and cleaned out the vents, ducts, etc and changed out a few things. So, I should be set for another year. I didn't pay a dime. Which makes that nice. I am listening to the sweet sound of the dryer turning and anxiously awaiting the BUZZ of the dryer once again. ooohh, I think I hear it!! just makes me quiver! roflrofl I hear it, I hear it!! LOL.
