He rides him so well. Granted Sunny is an amazing horse and is older. I believe he did some work as a therapy horse for special needs children.
It is always so surprising to me to see Dash interact with these creatures. I had no idea that he would be so nurturing, caring and good. He is a hyper high strung extremely active boy. I love to see him out there. Sunny was just waiting for him to climb on and sit on him. Eventually, they decided to ride a little.

Even though Sweetheart is allergic to the horses, she too can not resist being near them or giving them a treat. She regrets it after as her eyes begin to water and swell and her body itches as if she has a wool sweater on but sometimes you just have to follow your heart.

I love it... your children are so blessed with great parents that provide them with so many enriching experiences :) What a beautiful moment you have captured of two of your keiki with such a sweet horse.
Boo on the internet connection... our's sux too it keeps going out in the middle of everything and we owe this to the many kiddos who are on summer break bogging the bandwith of our DSL connection... oh how I long for my cable internet again :)
I can't resist them either. Horses are so beautiful. Great pictures.
Those pictures are gorgeous, wish you could share more! I envy you the property-I think it's so good for kids to have the opportunity to work having land provides--and having fun too!
I love seeing pictures of him riding bareback..it's like being taken back in time...before saddles were invented. It's almost like he could be a Native American boy riding around in The Book of Mormon.
I just love you Chrys. I wish I had your skills with the camera.
Hi I'm back! That second picture is breathtaking! I don't think I have ever seen a horse in that position and let a human sit on them while in that position. Utter trust in Dash!
Such a beautiful horse. Sorry Beauty is allergic, that is no fun. I really like the picture of Dash sitting on the horse as it is on the ground.
great shots!
i have a son who is allergic..it's been a major pain for him his whole life.
