$500 Shopping Spree

Today, I got to go on a $500 shopping spree! I can't say I had a lot of fun but I can say that I am looking forward to going to work a little more. With the merger of UsAirways and America West we are going to new uniforms. There are so many options and we will be able to mix and match peices that we could wear something different for 2wks. We were custom fitted by the people at Men's Wearhouse and when we order our pants and blazers all we have to do is tell them our inseam and out and it will come already hemmed! That is neat. I tried to get a picture of our uniforms to post here but it is in a different file that Blog does not accept! ::boo, hiss::
Aden won his game last night. They are still undefeated and their record is 11-0.
It was crazy. I thought we were embarking on our first loss but those boys pulled it out by the skin of their teeth. WE were down and score was 3-8. If the other team scored 6 runs that would mean that we would have to have all 9 players score and we still wouldnt win. Thankfully, we were able to prevent any runs and we had last ups! We pulled the score to 7-8. We were in the last inning and we had two outs and we had our 2 men on base and the batter up, was the last batter!!! YIKES!!
Alex, had a beautiful hit. Third baseman ran home, 2nd baseman hit third and the ball was thrown to homeplate! We were screaming run, run, run! The ball was over thrown to home and he ran and BARELY made it to homeplate and the game was over. 9 to 8! I can't handle anymore games like that! I can feel the competitiveness in my blood boil and getting all sweaty. LOL< the boys- they didnt seem to mind that they might possibly lose> But, they were so elated that they won! Dash, had the sweetest awesome BUNT ever!!! He is a left handed batter. His coaches did not know that he would do that, and he didnt tell anyone he would try. He started practicing a little during the week with just Mr. Incredible and I. We were all stunned that he did it. In fact, nobody moved. The ball hit his bat and just fell dead to the ground. About a foot or 2 in front of the plate. His coach just looked, the umpire looked, all of the fans looked, and I looked and then SCREAMED!! RUN Dash, RUN!!! FAIR BALL!! It was like time literally stood still. He got on first and his coach just shook his head and smiled. In fact, all the coaches did! HE never did try to bunt the rest of the game. He hit a single, and a double and struck out his last time up to bat. WE are off to Kai's soccer practice tonight and the older two have church tonight. I have my first official photo session, tomorrow. I have never met them before. I am kind of nervous but not worried. Nervous because I want to do a good job but I know I can work my camera.
