Warrior is dating a Spanish girl from the Spanish ward in our stake. They attend the same seminary class. I really like her. She is smart and serious yet knows when to let loose and have fun. Her and her sister went to Carowinds with us. Her younger sister is eight or nine years old.
Yadira and her mom made Warrior a birthday cake. I asked if they knew how to make a Tr es Leches cake. It is a cake made with 3 different milks. It is to die for. I have only had it once and Bill had it once at a schmancy fancy restaurant up town.
It was so good. I have black mailed and demanded the recipe and have also requested that they make me this cake once a month! It is so good it is BLOG worthy!

I am wigging out..I think I will literally FREAK if one of my daughters someday have a boyfriend who brings them ANYTHING that says I LOVE YOU...It just seems so permanent. I know I am weird that way.
Tres Leche Cake....Oh my goodness....that stuff is amazing...I may let the I love you slide just for a piece....yummy yummy stuff. Please share the recipe.
ALICE!!! Again, we are so much a like! It is so uncanny, really. Dh and I married after only dating months. I didn't say I love you until 3 months. He always always said it. I aksed Spencer why does he say He loves her? It is very odd for me to hear that, it almost makes my skin curl. Bill would always say I love you and sometimes I would say it. Other times, I would say, " Thank you, or I know, or yeah, me too. Spencer says Yadira is so much like me. He says she doesn't say it always. It is rare for her but she says those same other things. Like, I know or thank you. He says she reminds him of me. YIKES! is that a good thing or a bad thing. I do not believe she has my bad qualities though. I knew he would like someone with similar qualities like me though.
This is so long. BUT Spencer, is very much like his dad. He loves with all his heart. He will do anything for you, and he is really easy going. He treats a girl like a lady. When they do break up. I think it will hurt him somewhat. But, it will be ok. A broken heart only leads to a stronger love next time. The recipe. They say it is really easy. I can't wait!
