Summer Storms

It is that time of season where my neck of the woods has summer thunder storms. Yesterday, we were so thankful for the rain. Even though it cancelled soccer practice and baseball practice. We are in a drought deficit and water rationed. WE can only water our lawns on Sunday and the only water usage outside of the home is to water your decorative plants. You won't see any rug rats around here frolicking in the yard under the sprinklers. We are so thankful for the rain.

The torrential rains brought a fabulous show of lightning, thunderings and a beautiful rainbow. I love the light after it rains. It was so warm and soft and I am sure would be complimentary to anyone's skin colorings. WE had company so I couldn't grab my camera.

You weren't out frolicking in the rain? That surprises me! Did the rug rats? It's just like in the sprinklers, but better.

sorry Nida, but I only speak English, read English and understand English. Leave a comment back in English or....it will just have to be trashed again.

::straightens back:: sits up and extends neck:: I never frolick. I'm a lady. (remember) those things only happen when the sun goes down. LOL! Truth be known. You know I would have been out there in the rain. It was the LIGHTNING that SCARED the patooty out of me. I hovered in my house away from all the windows.
