Another year has passed us by and she is now in her last year in elementary school! We wish you a very happy happy day! Sweetheart asked for NAILS! I can't believe it! Her and Beauty went and their nails done together. I love the many sister moments that they have.
Once again, Great Grandma always manages to have her birthday card right on our special day! Sweetheart received money from Great Grandma and from Grandma Janice! Grandma also sent Sweetheart money and webkinz! She is having a great day and it looks like the celebrations will continue all week! She is such a lucky girl!
Sweetheart got a pair of new sneakers! They are carolina blue. She loves them. I will get a picture tomorrow. We went and celebrated her birthday during lunch with her class. We brought them cupcakes and a treat. I got there a little late so I didn't get to set up the table cloths and plates like I do every year. We went out to a restaurant of her choice. It was Mexican and oh so delicious! She also chose to have icecream at her favorite ice cream shop. She didn't want to celebrate her birthday at all. She was worried and concerned about her daddy not having a job. Mr. Incredible had assured her that he had money set aside specifically for her birthday.
It pangs me that children have to worry or concern themselves with such things. She had a great day and on Friday is when we will celebrate her BIG DAY! She is going to have a sleep over and we are going to do a GIRLS NIGHT! We are all excited except for Mr. Incredible and the boys. They are looking to spend the night at their friends houses, bunch of wimps!

You nicknamed her so well! She is a Sweetheart for worrying like that! Most kids in elementary might worry they won't get as many presents, but most would NOT worry if they could afford to CELEBRATE it!! She is amazing, you are such a good Mom to raise such awesome kids!

What a sweet birthday for such a sweet girl! Sounds like she is very intune with her dad's lack of job right now. It's hard when our kids have to worry too!
