Beauty has been nominated by her Biotech and Health teaher for the 2010 National Youth Leadership Forum on Medicine. It is a career immersion and leadership program for high achieving high school students. Beauty has been the recipient of many awards and claiming the title of having the highest math and English grades in her school as well as listing in the top 5% of students in our county. Our county being home to 15 high schools is quite an achievement for her. We are so proud and happy for her. She is also one of the chosen who have been chosen to do a study abroad as a student in various countries. Although, this is a great opportunity and honor I just do not believe that my heart could take another child leaving home so quickly.
