WHY I BLOG??

"You will have significant experiences. I hope that you will write them down and keep a record of them, that you will read them from time to time and refresh your memory of those meaningful and significant things. Some may be funny. Some may be significant only to you. Some of them may be sacred and quietly beautiful. Some may build one upon another until they represent a lifetime of special experiences. "Gordon B. Hinckley

Secret Leprechauns

Our ward does a Secret Leprechaun each year and we heard it was a lot of fun! We were given the name of the family we had this past Sunday. You need to at least drop 3 treats or tricks off at your families home without being caught. If you catch the family who leaves their treats you must call the person in charge and tell them who you think it was that had you.
We still have not caught our secret leprechauns but they are being so creative and fun that I am feeling a bit inept! I loved it!
If you are not caught then your family wins the prize which is a pot of "gold"
So far we have not been caught! But, I won't post what we did until it is over for fear of tipping my hat!
Look how cute this little guy is. Maybe, he's a polynesian leprechaun. I'm most impressed with the leprechaun hat that was made! I could not do that.

Meet my green serpent. I am sure he will be most yummy with the spinach alfredo noodles that were left. What a fun gift. I have a complete St. Patrick's dinner. Perhaps, the family who had us we should invite to share it with us! That would be very fun.

Their first gift that was left was a bag of green popcorn, which was very good and a card game called Blink.
With a note that read, Don't blink or you will miss us. Something like that! Fun Game. I have it narrowed down to 3 families. But, I am basically clueless to has us!

You are so creative. I love this idea of tricking or doing something for another family in the ward.
