I had commented it is just a simple prayer that bestows this great power. Mr. Incredible ever so gently corrected me. "It's a specific ordinance, not a prayer but an ordinance", and with that my eyes were opened and I was in the correct thought. It is a special ordinance and I could feel the power the moment it was given to him.
An ordinance that when used in God's will can move mountains, can give hope and perform miracles. An ordinance that has blessed my life and my childrens lives many times. I would be ungrateful if I didn't express that I do have a testimony of the power of the priesthood and I am so grateful for this wonderful ordinance.
Events too sacred to type have graced our family but my children know and have heard these stories and miracles testified to them and shown unto them. It is part of their heritage and will be passed down in hopes that they too will share with their posterity so that they will know the keys and power of the priesthood are real and have blessed their lives as well.
Mr. Incredible asked Warrior to give him a blessing. He had a big interview the next day. It was a very touching moment and we all were able to share in that moment, too. If there was ever one moment in time that I was thankful to witness, this is definitely one of them. I am so blessed.
