Good mail keeps coming in

Thank you THANK you for all the yummy treats, cookies, candies and cards that you have sent! We are enjoying them all too much.
More good mail continues to pour into my home.


I did a stocking exchange with Bren! BREN is this great woman who does so much for her family! She is fun loving and I just love everything about her! She sent me a beautiful stocking and it was chalk full of good stuff and LOVE!! I received a BIG lotion bottle from Bath and Body works. It is from their holiday collection Winter Candy Apple! Mmmmmmmmmm... love it! I have to fight my two daughters off. I received ornaments after ornaments! I just love them. I look at them and will always remember you! Especially the one that reads, Believe because I know how much you heart that saying! They are perfect and then I had hershey kisses that I had never tasted before. Candy Cane kisses. We got a BIG bag and notice there isn't a picture of that? YEP, we ATE them, every last one of them!! There was also a book in there. "Baghdad Christmas" It is very thought provoking and we learn that to gain everything we must sacrifice everything! I look forward to reading it tomorrow when I am at work. Thank you so much.
Thank you so much BREN! You did a great job and have pampered me far more than I deserve! I hope you enjoy your stocking, when it gets to you NEXT YEAR 2009! No, I'm not that LAME! but, close!! I also received good love from one of the most thoughtful people in real life and in the blogging society! CJ, Purple Diva! She had already sent me the cutest purple and green stocking back in October when I won Mildred! She sent me a snowman dish towel, a iceskate ornament and more chocolate!!! OH MY WAIST! Lately, I have been medicating myself with chocolate and you ladies have provided my fix! Thank you so much CJ! Be on the look out for a little somethin somethin from me too! Purple Diva is reigns from my city! We have met and I have met her wonderful family and gorgeous grand children. She is as thoughtful and great in real life as she is on her blog! Please check the diva out, you won't be sorry!

These are a few more ornaments that were mailed to me by 4 other great friends! Thank you all! I always love receiving home made ornaments! I will hang them on my tree and think of each of you. Cinderella, Paula, Jannie, Babs, and Glenda.

And then socks! I received warm fuzzy cute socks to keep my feet warm as I sit at my computer! Thank you TINA! I love them and they are so comfy and warm!

AND THEN LAST but definitely not least! I have been off blogging since before Thanksgiving and I continue to have more followers! I promise once the New Year is ushered in I will be back to posting regularly and sharing my life with you all. I look forward to reading your comments so I can get to know your personality! I am so looking forward to it!
Thank you all for the Christmas cards that are coming in. If you are like me. Your Christmas cards are still sitting in the computer. Just this Saturday did I drag the family out for our obligatory Christmas photo! I may have to share it on the blog. Because our Christmas Cards may just end up to be Valentine's day card! HEY! red can be for Christmas and Valentines! LOL,

GOOD MAIL!!!

Ok, I have received lots of good mail which is long over due for acknowledgement and appreciation! I love everything and my family has enjoyed much! Thank you so much!

One of my most recent gifts in the mail was from a blogging friend! I thought she was going to send me a Christmas card when she requested my address. I had know idea I would open up a package of goodness. I have to let you know that the candy canes and the boxed candy were open immediately and between the kids and I we ate it! I love the pen and notebook set. I have used it many times already. Thank you so much. You are so thoughtful! I truly appreciate it and love getting to know you, thank you
TRYING TO STAY CALM!

My cousin Leolani sent me these goodies as a thank you for a fun weekend in NC. The true present I am still waiting on is a picture of her sporting her NC t-shirt. LOL, We had a good time and I am so glad you came to visit. Those macadamia nut cookies were divine! and the popcorn crunch!! ONO!

Another friend sent me another thank you for giving them a buddy pass. They had just recently come back from Hawaii and I was able to score on more ISLAND GOODNESS!


Do you know that you can only purchase these macadamia nut hershey kisses from the islands? Yep, they are most delish and I looked it up on line to see where I could buy more.

Another one of my most favorite things to eat is this popcorn!! Warrior loves it too! WE also were sent seeds and mmmmmmmmm... good!


I won a QUILT give away from Mechelle. I got to choose between a "girl" quilt or a "boy" quilt. The colors just sung to my heart. I love everything about a quilt. When I received it in the mail in November. I jumped and hollered and pulled it out of the box and laid all over it! Then I quickly took a picture.



I haven't truly blogged in quite a while but I am so thankful for many things. I am thankful for my family and I am thankful for Mr. Incredible for loving me even in my most ugliest moments! I was a bit grouchy with him for a longer stint than usual. I've been a bit miserable. I am frustrated that I am not able to get my life back in order and on track, and seeing the scale creep up doesn't help. This week things seem to be settling in. I just need to get back on track with some basic things and I think all will be well! I love the season and I love the reason for the season.
