Ok, I added the second picture because it makes me SMILE!!I have my playlist running most of the time while I am home. Here is the reason for each song! Pull up a cup of cocoa and relax and listen to my tunes! Hele to Kauai, this is the island that I come from. I believe it is the most beautiful. It reminds me of my maternal GRANDMOTHER. I loved her so much. Tiny Bubbles reminds me of my mom. WE moved to NY when I was almost 3 yrs old and I can remember my mom dancing. She would dance for the moose club or the lions club and I remember her dancing for a wedding and seeing her and just being amazed at how beautiful she was. Through the years by Kenny Rogers is my parents song. Funny Face. This was my song as a child. If you would look at any of my childhood pictures, you would understand. Country Road by John Denver is my grandma! that and Delta Dawn and she also liked Bobby Vinton. I just cant bring myself to loading him. LOL) Actually my grandmother is quite hip, she likes Sugarland and Kelly Pickler and Carrie Underwood. Roll on is for my dad. My dad is a trucker. He worked the roads for so long so that we could have all the luxuries that we had. We had a lot, but he was gone a lot too. I remember them dragging all 3 children to the Alabama concert with them! (poor guys) We rarely ever had babysitters. My grandmother would watch us, if ever on the rare occassion they went out. Most be the reason why my children RARELY ever had babysitters either. Tracks of my tears is for my sister. First song she sang on my karaoke was this one. This and Crazy by patsy cline! She was crazy but she also has a good voice! 4 non blondes- Hands down for my brother, Jeff. He is wild and crazy and he loves the microphone but I love it more. LOL!
Photograph is for me, first concert I saw in NC. Nothin' but a good time. School memories. In my daughter's eyes is for (my girls). I am so blessed hence the Martina McBride song. All the other songs on the list flood my heart and mind with sweet memories of growing up, family, being married a mother, and Toa is because I will never forget that without the sweet knowledge of the gospel of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints. I am nothing and all of this would be for nothing. Hence, the song Please Forgive me, by Bryan Adams. I have so many songs that bring back memories. I would have to create another playlist!
