We headed out to NY for my nephew's graduation. He is graduating from a different high school than everyone else but his colors are still purple and gold, and the fun thing is Beauty who will be a junior this year, her high school colors are purple and gold too!

What a great time we had! The children swam morning noon and night! They loved going out for their midnight swims and they loved going out for a swim at 7am!
We also spent the 4Th of July with some friends! I thought about having a get together here but after coming home from NY and knowing that we would have company the following week. I just needed to get my house in order. Literally.
It was so fun to be with so many good people! After the 4Th was over with they broke out the "GOOD" dessert and we kicked it a bit! There home is beautiful! It's deceiving from the front! Just how I like it! It's quite grand but then again, so are they! Our friend "Walter" had us in stitches the entire time! I never tire of his stories! I hope you all had a wonderful 4Th as well!

I bought this pool off of Craigslist. It was great it was sturdy and the man just replaced the pad and the liner and the pump and was giving us everything and all his pool tools for a great price. The catch. We had to go and take it down. Well, after having the Bish and his family come help us for a good 6 hours, we had a pile of scrap metal sitting in our backyard for daysweeks. I was fed up with it and ready to give up on it, but on craigslist I also found a man who would put up any pool, used or new for a reasonable fee. We left for NY and I passed the number to the MR. He called them and in 2 days we had a pool! It has gotten much use and has been worth the $$ and worth the work! The kids now swim at all hours of the day and it is a great thing! I went to NC to work some to pay for the pool. It feels good to pay for everything in cash. Dave Ramsey is still in our minds, but a pool actually ended up being cheaper than a YMCA pass. We have access to it 24/7 baby! All my side money is being saved for an in ground pool. TWO YEARS!
