Creatively Chrys for YW

I made these shirts for my beehives! We have a nautical theme to go with this years scripture! The beehives dressed like first mates and these shirts were perfect, on the back is their monogram too! I also bought the buckets at the Dollar Tree and bought bees for the incoming beehives and at the dollar tree I also bought them water bottles and monogrammed each one of them! This was probably my first real big project! Inside the buckets were chips ahoy cookies and a few other things! 

YW combined activity Basketball shirts

The girls needed to have shirts for basketball and we decided to make them! A sister in our ward has a cricut and she did freezer stencils so they could use fabric and acrylic paint to decorate. This was before I got my amazing craft machine!

My beehive girls at our New Beginnings night! Our theme is Embark in the Service of God with all your heart might and mind! D&C 4 . I made each of them their matching monogrammed t-shirts. We were the deck hands! and then for the new girls turning 12 this year the gift that I made them were personalized water bottles, a personalized bucket and inside had chips ahoy cookies, a bee magnet saying: Welcome to our Hive and some other goodies in the bucket! Super fun and all donated by me. (lost the receipts)

YW theme for 2011: 13th Article of Faith

My girls for YW are doing an art gallery for New Beginnings! It was cancelled due to the crazy snow and ice storms that we have been having!
I took them outside and snapped a few pictures of them and chose a quality that I thought they represented and why! They turned out really great, if I don't say so myself! I can't wait to get these framed and hang them in their rooms! I had so much fun; I think I may due all of the values!
