My nephew Sam

After the New Year I got to go to NY. My nephew Sam had insisted I stay one more day to watch him play basketball! I'm awful glad I did.
We arrived a little late and Sam was on the line shooting two. He made the first basket and I was screaming and saying "WOOHOO, way to go, Sam. But, my sister told me Sam doesn't like. OOps, My bad! My sister also told me if I keep yelling at him saying, "Hi" he will ignore me. I didn't care. I kept cheering for him and yelling at him, "Hi", Sam. I wanted him to know I was there! I wanted him to know how proud I was of him and I was even more proud that they spanked the patooty out of our rival team, Gloversville! BOOYAH!! OH YEAH!

They have to dress up for away games! He cleans up good.
Of course, I had to get a picture of my neice, Sam's sister, Abby. I knew she would never forgive me if Sam made it onto my blog and into my blog book and not her! I sure do miss you two! I love you too! I hope to visit again, real soon.

MY NEPHEW SAM

Sam and his mom and dad visited us for Warrior's graduation, which was June 12th. They arrived the 13th for Warrior's graduation. Sam lives in NY and they were still in school. They stayed with us for a week after everyone left! They all flew back to NY, on his birthday June 21st, he wanted to stay just another day and we promised him he could come back a week later. He stayed with us for 3 short weeks.

It was so much fun having him with us. He is one of the easiest kids to get along with and easy going! I love those type of personalities. I also loved that my children got to know their cousin even better. What a treat it was for us to have him.

We took him with us to the Solomon reunion as well as to the beach and he loved it. I loved that he fit in with the Solomon cousins and they treated him like he was just another one of the family! My kids have great cousins on both sides.

Our summer has been busy but fun!

Some fun times in the life of Sam!

Sam has also wanted to do the slip and slide that we made from our camping tarp. It finally rained again but it was a quick down pour, but they still had fun!
We miss you Sammy!

*****FANTASTIC SAM******

OHH my goodness, OH MY GOODNESS!!! You all have to have to click over and read my little nephew's blog! Of course, he too is incognito. He will be known as Fantastic Sam, or Sam I am! (gotta love dr. seus) He is absolutely incredible not to mention taller than me. He is 11 yrs old and he stands 5 foot 7 1/2 inches! Get ready to see this kids names on the top NFL draft picks! He absolutely loves football and is a HUGE, did I mention HUGE Eagles fan. He also plays basketball and baseball. It will only take a minute but each one of his posts has me laughing and in awe that a boy who just turned 11 in June can be so witty and funny! He writes SOoOooo much better than me! Please leave him a comment! Give him a shout out and let him know what you think of his daily antics. CHECK HIM OUT HERE!
While we were in NY I helped my nephew start a blog. He also has a family newspaper that he started the day school was out. He promised he would try to blog every day. He is learning how to journal. ANY FREAK-A-ZOIDS be warned because I also monitor and edit his blog, so no Crazies! The only crazies allowed are the little men in white jackets that exist in my sicko mind.
