New Camera -Nikon d750

My mom for our anniversary bought me a new camera! I absolutely love it! My old camera we had for almost 9 years! It is still a good camera just sluggish.  She helped me get it so that I could take graduation pictures this year of my nephew and because she knows how much I enjoy shooting! Sweet girl Nala is growing and becoming more and more frisky.  I believe the sun is actually healing her body! When you see her lay in the sun, it looks like she is soaking in all of the healing qualities.  She is such a good girl.  She gets a little snippy with Delilah but she is so bad you just can't help but love her!

Goodness from April 2015

What a fun filled Bunny Month we have had! Mr. Incredible are enjoying this stage of our lives. We are able to go out with one another and sneak moments of the day away with each other! We often will go for lunch or out to dinner just the two of us! We do much of our shopping with each other! It has been a great blessing having him work from home and I am enjoying it. In the beginning, he may have stepped on my toes, territory etc. Only because I have always been the one at home, the main care taker, the chauffeur, chef etc and he has done that for quite a while.  Balance shifted when unemployment came. I think he looked for places where he could help out more.  Now that he has a career that allows him the luxury to work from home he does practically EVERYTHING! I used to complain now I just am grateful and sit back and enjoy the comforts! He truly is an amazing man! He cooks, cleans, tends to kids, brings home the bacon, chauffeurs, coaches, YM president, smart, and leads his family in the gospel! I do feel for my daughters as they look for a spouse who will fill their daddy's shoes! They should look for someone who will love, adore and care for them and qualities as their dad! I am sure their are righteous moms and dads rearing amazing young men!

I thought I was over having to color eggs and get that mess out!! NO we still carried on all traditions! I did this to myself! Woman of thousands of holiday traditions and creating memories!

Our baby girl Nala always has the neighborhood children coming over asking for her to come out and play! She adores children when she is feeling well.  Nala can no longer tolerate going to puppy classes because all of the larger breed dogs hit her back legs during play time or jump on her and she gets grouchy.  They didn't NOT ask us to come back but I got the message! Nala, is an amazing dog. She comes with her challenges only because of her back hips and her inverted lady parts. It lends her to having her leg constantly come out of socket, which is always painful until we can pop it back in place and it lends for constantly needing to be let out for the bathroom, as well, as urinary tract infections! She potty trained in 2 days! She is a quick learner and goes immediately to the door to be let out! She also has a cherry eye and that is common in her breed. My favorite thing about her is her beautiful silver blue gray coat! She is simply gorgeous.

This boy ran track and did amazing! It is always fun to watch him in anything he decides to do.  Anyways he broke a school record and conference record in their relay.

We also got to celebrate this big boys birthday!!! Another year older! He is kind and gentle and a hard worker! He is a married young man going to college and working and doing what it takes to get by! Warrior has such an amazing heart and is a pleaser!

If anyone knows this stance of Mr. Incredible, you know it means you might want to leave or you are about to hear a list of factual information that will lead you to giving this man everything he asks for and more! He knows customer service and he knows how he should be treated and what is the solution to making a happy customer. He rarely loses his temper. Key to successfully getting compensated for inconvenience or things that you have no control over is to remain calm
state the fact, over and over if needs be, be clear on compensation, state the problem, basically remind them it is no fault of your own. I do not know anyone who can walk away satisfied 95% of the time, other than this man! I truly wish I had this talent and gift. I just basically bend over and then apologize to them for them treating me so badly and they deliver it with a smile.  I mean, I do know when I am getting taken. I will make one vague comment and EXPECT them to do what is right, but we all KNOW there are few people who step up to making something right, so you need people like Mr. Incredible who will force the issue, stand up for themselves, and stay firm.  I love that about him. I wish wish wish I could cultivate that talent in myself.

Lastly, this little girl loves to get on this furniture and it drives me insane because I will see her little gray hairs on the cushions! But, who can stay upset at this cute girl! The look on her face in the last picture is like really! She is listening to me only because I am right in front of her.  She is basically saying, "Are you finished now?" I know the same look.  I get this when I speak to my children too!

NY Bound dec 2014

We are NY bound and we are bringing our puppy that we have had less than a month! She is a horrible traveler! We bought a crate for her to stay in while travelling. She never made it in. She cried and whined not 3 minutes down the road where we had to pull over and she had massive diarrhea. I think she works herself up into such a frenzy that her stomach goes wonky! So, no more food for her. We got across into VA and she finally got into a routine where she wasn't whining to get out.  She laid on a pillow on someone's lap the entire way, which was the only way for her to relax! She truly is a princess!

Nurturing Nala

March 2014! she has grown so much!

FEBRUARY! I think the Easter Bunny has come early!

Just call her Nala from the Block

How can she be so adorable one minute and I turn around and she is AWFUL!!! I guess instead of make it rain, she thought she would make it snow!

but then again, she has to put up with the torture from Sweetheart every day when she comes home so one might say she calls it even!

She lathers me with warm puppy breath kisses and all is forgiven!

And then she has to pull one of these numbers and all fury is released! Owning shoes that do not look like boats are very hard for me. When you are sporting a 12 wide or a 13 in some cases fashionable shoes are rare and they usually cost more than I care to spend! But, she loves my shoes.  I have had 4 pairs of heels ruined! I did put them up! They were on the counter.  Another pair of shoes were higher than the counter and she got to those and the other two it was my fault! But, HOGWASH a dog, should learn not to touch the shoes!!

Then she goes and does this and it just slays me! I am just a melted cup of goos and ahhs! Lately, it is when she sleeps is the only time I can feel my heart throb for her! Funny, I remember some parenting times when a sleeping child was the only thing that made me gush too!

Christmas in NY 2014

I know pictures are all over the place! Please remember that I am just going through folders and loading pictures and memories that I have from them. I want to document and write about the memories and good times that we had. Hence the time line is off! I hope to be caught up to current time by Jan 2016! I do have 3 years to try to capture!

We just welcomed our Neapolitan Mastiff into our home! We bought a new crate for her to travel in! That has entered the car once and in less than an hour was strapped to the back of the car trailer taking up space! This little toot is over stressed in car rides and rides the best on top of a pillow sitting on someone's lap!! She cries and shakes! We have stopped at the rest area in Virginia to give both dogs a rest! Sweet Delilah has traveled well.
Everyone is instantly drawn to Nala and such is Delilah's life once again. Kekoa being an English Mastiff instantly drew the attention of others and so is our Neo! However, Delilah our portugese water dog is the perfect dog in so many ways and wants only to be loved and she gives love.  I have learned that when travelling you should make sure your dogs look the best because many people will comment and talk and pet your babies. So, the next trip we make Delilah will see the groomer! Because when she is groomed she is absolutely adorable and more loveable!

My sister and I! She really loves to wear hats

My girls have made themselves at home in their room crashed out on a pull out couch and I am rocking my footie pj's!

Funny store about the next two images! It is early Christmas morning and my dad knocks on the door and comes in with these packages! he says Good morning Cake (I am called KK sometimes, its from childhood and my initials) I was like good morning dad! He says, "Merry Christmas" and he gives me these packages! My head instantly perks and my heart leaps just a bit. "Merry Christmas, Dad" then he walks over and he gives me these packages!!! WAIT FOR IT!!.....

"Cake, can you wrap these gifts I got for mom?"
ummm, yes dad! Sure! He even had the boxes and wrapping paper! How sweet!! and he had a saying to go on the card! It's corny but sweet also!
He gave her a coach purse, designer perfume, and chocolate. He said, "something like you will smell good, and you have a purse for your money and something yummy for your tummy." Hey, at least he was thinking!!!

After everyone opened their gifts we went to Jeff's and checked out their fun presents. Noah got a BB gun!!

Us dining at Traverse! they have the best breakfast menu!!!
We also through the Christmas place went to this trampoline jump place that at. We particularly loved playing dodge ball!

While we were there we headed to NYC! and we got on the Today show!

We took a picture with New Yorks finest!

  Time Square!

Tiffany's!

WE met a celebrity SWATCH from the famous Fabric store MOOD from the popular tv show PROJECT RUNWAY

Infamous Macy Displays
I cared more about Swatch who runs the floor! He's treated like a king!

Jen needed to buy a shirt from Mood
We decided to dine at another popular spot for lunch, Juniors! The food was great the service was good and the cheesecake was good too! It was a bit pricier but really not bad at all!
Carlos does not work at the bakery in the city but the line was out the door and down the block! We didn't wait but it was said that they are quite efficient and the lines go quickly.

Sweetheart treated her grandma to getting a pedicure done and each of the girls for Christmas got gift certificates for their nails so they spent the day together at a local salon.

Grandma and her Granddaughters! What a fun time! We love you Grandma!

These girls headed out to the restroom and took the obligatory bathroom selfie!
I just adore and love them!
