Oh, I make this same recipe!! yum yum yum. I found this ladies site last night and I love everything about her. I went to her flikr account and her pictures are marked public so I can post it to my blog giving REE full credit for her shot and where the picture and recipe can be found. For an easy connect just look to the right where it reads abblicted to blogs and you can find her there under pioneer woman.
Here is one of my favorite appetizers to serve for a party. Scroll to the bottom to check out her site and all of the GORGEOUS pictures that she takes you step by step for. I don't believe this is her recipe because I have been making the same recipe for over 6 years. BTW, I LOVE her food pics! I gain weight just looking at them. Did I happen to mention how much I love her food pics?? She has a fun way of writing her recipes too. Oh just in case you didnt realize it, I LOVE HER FOOD PICS!1 regular can whole black (ripe) olives
I never truly measure. I beleive I add more pimento olives because I like the salty flavor that these babies lend. My children are not olive eaters but they TRULY like this appetizer. I also put this spread on baguette bread instead of the Italian bread.
1 6-oz jar pimiento-stuffed olives
2 green onions
¾ pound Monterey Jack cheese
½ cup real mayonnaise
1 stick butter, softened
1 loaf French bread
Roughly chop black and green olives. Slice green onions and give them a rough chop. Combine
green onions and olives with the softened butter, ½ cup mayonnaise, and grated Monterey jack
cheese. Mix thoroughly. Slice French bread in half lengthwise, then spread mixture evenly over
the halves.
Bake at 325 degrees for 25 minutes, or until thoroughly melted and starting to turn light brown
and bubbly. Cut into diagonal slices and serve with salad, with soup, with spaghetti, or as a
yummy appetizer.
Make-ahead tips: You can make the cheese mixture up to two days ahead of time and store in the
fridge. Or, you can spread the mixture on the bread and freeze the bread, unbaked, for several
months.

I am a Pioneer Woman junkie!! I made the olive cheese bread last week. William and I ate it all, since no one else at our house will eat olives. Ha, we were so happy!!
YOU are?! That is awesome! How did you ever find her??? I cant even tell you how I found her. I was bored last night, insomnia once again, I clicked on 50 people through 50 people that I had no clue or interest in and then BAM, she caught my eye and my attention.
