TWILIGHT by Stephenie Meyer

It was a very easy read and if you had the time you could finish it easily in a day. The story line flowed well and it has a very alluring romance story line behind it. Yes, it is about vampires but it isn't KUKU WACKO.
While reading songs of MEATLOAF kept going through my head. I love the group MEATLOAF! LOVE THEM! WE listened to them on all of our basketball, softball and volleyball away trips! I highly recommend this book to young teenage girls. My 13 year is reading this and she loves it. I even caught Warrior reading it, who is 16 and I suspect he will like it but will think parts are too girly for him. He would have been more interested had the author spoke a little more on the process of changing etc. I was really shocked that Spencer who is only on chapter 2, does not want Makela and I to discuss what we have read.
I read the preface to the next book NEW MOON! OK, after reading this I can not wait to read what happens. Finally, I found and am left with emotion to get the next book!
I was worried about this author but my adrenaline is running and I want to read the second. OK, so I am pleasantly surprised. Let's hope the suspension remains.

I admit it. I am a Twilight fan. As much as I did NOT want to read these (I have this thing about FAD books... anything TOO popular.) my little brother gave me the first a couple Christmases ago (he met the author at BYU... not while she was a student... she is closer to my age than his, she was speaking there(she went there before, being Mormon)) and I GOT HOOKED!

I loved New Moon but even more, I am embarrassed to admit I LOVED Eclipse!!! Why Embarrassed? Well...

I will warn you, since your kiddlet is reading them, that the 3rd, Eclipse, is much more ADULT than the other 2. It may be too mature for some teens, but that's up to you. Just read it first and decide when she should read it, or what to discuss with her. I mean, they still stay CHASTE, technically, but there is much more discussion and it gets close.

So just... you know. Know that. hee hee! There.
