Safely Home

May your feet always bring you safely home! I hope your feet may bring you safely across home plate on the field and I hope your feet may always bring you safely back to your home. I love you, Dash.

Hi Crystal,
I checked out all your blogs after I read your message on mine. LOVE your photography! I'm getting into it myself. It's just a lot of fun for me and with the way technology has come, well, I'm glad I can play with it.

I've taken some sporting event photos here with just my little lens (my camera is a Canon XT) and I'm starting to research and look for a lens that would help get better shots of kids and sports (I agree w/you and the sports photography. Plus I love sports myself.) Anyways, what kind of lens do you have?

OK, my friend is here we're on our way to Target and then GoodWill (I love GoodWill!)

Thanks for the comment, and I love what you do!! You do professional work! Keep it up always!

If you get a long lens the important thing to do is get a fixed aperature. This will run you into a cool thousand and up. I have a fixed 2.8 2oomm, I wish I went and got the 400mm but it isn't worth it now that I have the 200mm. I will just get a converter lens, the problem with that is it will get me closer but will take away an fstop or two. Which then will make it a fixed 4.8
which will let less light in. Shooting football or baseball is no worries, but if you shoot any night sport like highschool football or any sport under the night lights it isn't worth it. The next larger sport lens I want is $8000k YEAH, CAN you say, ONLY if my son plays for a college football team will I consider getting one. BTW, I shoot NIKON!
