Fathers Day June 2015

It's Father's Day and we celebrated and had ribs and all of the sides that Mr. Incredible loves along with his requested Texas Sheet cake! We made him a lei and took the obligatory pictures. A family from church came over and brought home made banana pudding! Vickie and Dale Beachum.YUM YUM,  a perfect southern dessert. Nick Zimmerman is such a great kid. He is the only member in his family!

I am truly blessed that Mr Incredible is part of my eternal family! I do not believe that I truly understood the capacity or the significance of the moment I said I do, when I chose him to be my eternal companion.  I was choosing him, more than just for me, but to be the father of our children throughout eternity! I could not have chosen better and I know that Heavenly Father aligned all of the stars possible for our union to be.  But, more than fate! It is consistently choosing. Consistently choosing to forge on when things are tough, consistently choosing each other every day, consistently choosing not to be selfish, and to love and to consistently forgiving each other for the daily mishaps of the day. Consistently choosing to see the good over the bad, to choose the best over the better.  I love the Father he is to our children.  I love him more for his fatherly loving traits that he gives to them.  He makes me feel like Heavenly Father is a lot like him, forgiving, kind when we are grouchy, forgiving when he shouldn't.  My kids are sure lucky I him! I think they should do dishes forever!!!  Happy Father's Day, you deserve so much more than we can ever give to you monetarily or physically!
