He built it with power tools.....

The new day brought a beautiful sunrise and very warm temperatures and with the sun and its beautiful rays it washed out the gloom and doom and brought in hope and happiness.

Mr. Incredible was very capable of pushing the wheel while I rested. I love how he is strong mentally, physically and spiritually. It was his spiritual strengths that I relied on the most and needed the other day.

I have to thank you all for the kind words of love and support! I'm so much better. I spent the last two days bathing in the light of the scriptures. My cup is full and I am now able to share myself with my family and others.

Mr. Incredible got right to work on the porch! While I was chillaxin I heard the sound of power tools being used and it sent my heart a fluttering.
see this do dad thingy, below? It powers the nail gun! SHWEET!
My heart was already a fluttering but I have to warn you about the next few images! When I looked out the window and saw this it liked to make my SKIRT FLY up! "Lawdy mercy, be still my heart!" SCRUMPTIOUS! oooooooooohhhh, AHhhhhhhhhhhh

I just love my skilled man! I think I may have to buy him a tool belt!

What a great job you did, honey!
He then needed to caulk every nook and cranny.

I like when he works so seriously. This is when I like to destract him. (just because I can) Notice his mouth slightly ajar and his tongue out to the side! Two signs that he is working way too hard! I think he needs to take a breather.

I asked him a leader question.........

Then I asked him something mildy inappropriate.
HUH??!, OHHHh...

AND
This is what happened to his nail gun,

and the rest of his tools

and we spent the rest of the afternoon admiring his handy work from our bedroom window! ::sigh::

Woot Woo! Ain't nothin' sexier than a man workin the power tools! It helps if he's a nice beefcake dude like Mr. I (hope you don't mind me saying so- check out my man and you'll understand that I share your appreciation for a man with a nice rack- which refers to shoulders of course!)

I am also fortunate to have a handy, detail-oriented spouse.

Glad you are feeling better. You're going through some tough times now but it's good to see you are CHOOSING to let this experience make you both stronger and closer. And if 'closer' involves and afternoon quickie- all the better!

Alright! Way to go Idaho!! The porch so far looks awesome. And the tools set down so nicely instead of thrown up in the air in the hurry to the Bedroom...

K -funny....I am thinking inappropriate thoughts about your afternoon in the bedroom...and trying to think of something quirky to say.....and then I read the lone last comment...."and I gave you an award"....yeah that pretty much sums up my attitude towards how you spent your afternoon. :)
